Whether it be criminal law, civil or commercial litigation, property transfers, divorce law, labour law, registration of trusts, drafting and/or checking of contracts/agreements, drafting of wills, administration of deceased estates, drafting and checking of Antenuptial Contracts and many more, we can assist.
Our Founder and Sole Proprietor -
Attorney Jashiel Singh
Mr. Jashiel Jude Singh, the Sole Proprietor of our firm, is an Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa. Mr. Singh is also a Senior Architectural Technologist and holds the following qualifications:

(LLB) Bachelor of Laws Degree (Honours);

Bachelor of Technology (BTech) (Honours) Degree in Architectural Technology; and a

National Diploma (NDip) in Architectural Technology
Mr. Singh was trained in Architecture by Mr. Brian Johnson of Johnson Murray Architects and practised as an Architect for 3 years before leaving to serve his articles for law.
Mr. Singh was trained in Law by Mr Anand-Nepaul Goolabjith of Anand-Nepaul Attorneys, Mr. Singh spent 4 years with this firm and thereafter decided to establish his own practice, to honour the dream of his late father, Mr. Nirvaan Jackie Singh, who was also an Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer of the then Supreme Court of South Africa.
Mr. Singh’s goal is to grow the firm to be in a position to give back to previously and currently disadvantaged communities in both being able to render financial support, as well as employ, grow and provide opportunities to previously and currently disadvantaged individuals.
Mr. Singh aims to be one of the most top achieving law firms in South African history and will not depart from this goal.
